Who we are
Primeflow is an email copywriting service run by Jaco Vlok, a sole proprietor based in South Africa. Jaco is the responsible party and Information Officer under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We only collect information you give us or that is needed to run the website and our services.
- Contact details: your name, email address, company name and message when you use our contact form or email us.
- Client information: business details, brand information and access details you share so we can deliver our services.
- Newsletter sign-ups: your email address and the date and method of your consent.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Whop. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Website data: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies by our website host.
Our services are not aimed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We never sell your personal information.
Email marketing
We only send marketing emails to people who have signed up through a form on our website and confirmed their subscription (double opt-in). We never buy, rent or share email lists.
- Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
- You can also unsubscribe by emailing jaco@primeflowmail.com.
- Unsubscribe requests are processed immediately and those addresses are suppressed from future sends.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as far as they need it:
- Whop: website hosting, invoicing and payments
- Namecheap: domain and business email hosting
- Klaviyo: email marketing
- Resend: delivery of contact form messages
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Some of these providers store data outside South Africa, including in the United States. We only use providers that are bound by data protection laws or agreements that give a level of protection similar to POPIA.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't lead to work: up to 12 months.
- Client and invoice records: 5 years, as required for tax purposes.
- Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe. We keep a suppressed record of your address so you are not emailed again.
Security
We use password-protected accounts with two-factor authentication where available and limit access to Jaco Vlok only. No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your rights
Under POPIA you can ask us to:
- confirm what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy
- correct or delete your information
- stop using your information for marketing, or object to other processing
- withdraw consent at any time
Email jaco@primeflowmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on our website with the date it was last updated.
